Symantec Endpoint+WinXP SP3 + VIA Rhino II VPN problem

Interesting and specific problem found. Looks like VIA Ethernet driver have some compotability issues with SP3 and Symantec security products. After installing WinXP SP3 update VPN connection stops working on authorisation phase with SEP installed. Turining off SEP protection doesnt help - only uninstalling.
As it appers Proactive threat protection installes its own network drivers that incompotable with VIA native drivers and so local network pings but traffic fails.
I tryed diffrent ways to bypass this bug but the only way I found is during SEP installation choose not to install Proactive threat protection components. Sure it make protection less effective , but its the only way to make VPN connection funtional.

CoolerMaster Cosmos II and Corsair H115i Pro installation and tips.

Searching for the better way to install this liquid cooling system, Corsair H115i Pro,  in my Cosmos II case, I found the most efficient and quiet way. At first sight, there should be no obstacles with this since this case has an option to install 140 mm fans on top of this.  Since  H115i Pro is closed loop system, so the only way is to install the radiator beneath the top side of the case and put fans outside on top. First of all, I suggest to cut out holes on the top side for better airflow of 140 mm fans, By the way, Cooler Master in their Neptune case they made a grill instead of fan holes - so you can use 140 mm full power! So I cut out to extend the fan holes for larger fans. This makes fans work more efficient and as a result lower fans speed. I kept screw holes for 120 mm fans in case if I someday will change cooling system.    You could not install fans on radiator inside since additional power connectors on most motherboards ( at least on Asus boards)
